Strengthening opportunities for sustainable development cooperation with The Handicraft and Wood Industry Association of Ho Chi Minh City

During the meeting, HAWA shared that the general business situation of the industry has shown positive signs, and the trend of companies in the industry is very interested in the Net Zero target.

BVC instructed Enterprises to have a scientific approach such as: Understanding Vietnamese laws and regulations, requirements of the European Union; Identifying emission sources; Identifying methods to reduce emissions; Necessary reports, and third-party recognition of the Enterprise's carbon reduction actions. Through this, Enterprises can learn and apply international standards such as ISO 14064, ISO 14067, PAS 2060, ISO 19650, ESG,... 

In the spirit of supporting HAWA in particular and supporting the Business community in general, in the coming time, BVC will support HAWA in conducting an in-depth workshop for 600 member Enterprises of HAWA.
